Four Services.
Free Estimate Today.
Every job starts with a free inspection and honest quote. Financing available. Most homeowners do not realize a storm can qualify their roof for an insurance claim. If yours does, we provide the photos and written report your claim will need.
Four Steps.
One Clear Process.
The same proven process across 200+ completed jobs in MD and FL. We’ve refined it over five years so you never have to chase your carrier or argue with an adjuster.
- 01
Inspection
We send our team out to inspect your roof, siding, and gutters for storm related damages. Free inspection. No obligation. Documentation an adjuster will accept.
- 02
File a Claim
Immediately following a successful inspection, our project manager will assist you in calling the claim into your insurance company.
- 03
Meet With Adjuster
Your carrier sends an adjuster to verify the damage. Our project manager is on-site as the contractor of record to answer roofing-technical questions about the damage we already documented.
- 04
Complete Installation
Once the adjuster writes up the work order, we'll get right to it installing your new roof, siding, and gutters!
Five Stages. About 10-12 Weeks. One Roof Restored.
From the moment we file your supplement to the day the last shingle is nailed down, here is how the build process actually unfolds.
Supplement
We align your scope to building code so nothing gets missed by the carrier.
1 - 2 WeeksIn the Meantime
Your first check arrives. We get you ready for the Project Design Meeting.
About 3 Days to BookProject Design Meeting
Pick shingle colors, lock the install timeline, and add any extras to the scope.
1 - 5 DaysCoordinating
We order materials and lock down install logistics, crew, and protection plan.
4 - 6 WeeksInstall and Project Management
Your Project Manager runs install, completion photos, and final paperwork.
1 - 3 Days On-SiteWhat Waiting Costs You.
12-Month Filing Window
Insurance carriers typically give you 12 months to file a storm claim. After that, your damage is reclassified as 'wear and tear' and they pay zero.
Damage Compounds
Unrepaired hail damage compounds. A small claim today can turn into a full replacement next year once rot and decking damage set in. Insurance will not cover the follow-on damage, so the cost lands entirely on you.
Non-Renewal Risk
Insurers can non-renew your policy if your roof age and condition flags during their next inspection cycle. We've seen it happen across MD and FL.
Don’t wait. Once your filing window closes, you pay 100% out of pocket.

“I worked with Todd and Chris to help get a claim filed for a nasty isolated hail storm that caused hail and wind damage to my aging roof and some of my vinyl siding. Supreme was here when the adjuster came out to point out the damage and they secured our new roof.”
- Google Review
“Supreme Restorations did a great job from start to finish! Todd Snyder was present in every step. Our home was damaged during storms in our area and he was there for every evaluation the insurance company came to our home. Todd walked us through all the steps it took to get a new roof.”
- Google Review
“Highly recommend this company. Steve J, the project manager, is awesome: prompt in answering inquiries, kept us informed, and oversaw a complete roof replacement to the very end. Thanks Steve and Supreme Restoration for a great job!”
